This involves maintenance services for Oak Hill Park Aquatic Pond, Sycamore Valley Park Fountain, and Railroad Plaza Fountain, including tasks such as removing garbage and leaves, cleaning filters and strainer baskets, backwashing filters, checking water levels and equipment operation, water quality testing, providing reports, and annual draining and cleaning. The contractor must follow all instructions, including holding appropriate licensing, submitting sealed bids using the specified proposal form, and complying with prevailing wage and insurance requirements.
