Sealed bids are requested for the furnishing and installation of a new wellsite access bridge for the City of Sulphur/Sulphur Municipal Authority. The scope includes furnishing a prefabricated bridge and providing all earthwork, concrete abutments, rip rap, and installation of the prefabricated bridge. Compliance with Labor Standards Contract Provisions and the Davis Bacon Act is mandatory if the total project cost exceeds ten million dollars.
