Sewer lining and excavation and replacement of manholes. Submit questions to robertsgm@cdmsmith.com The work of this Contract includes furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, and incidentals required to perform rehabilitation of the existing sewer system as shown on the project Drawings, which are located in Norwood, Massachusetts. Sewer rehabilitation work includes but is not limited to the following: preparatory cleaning of existing sewers, sewer manholes and sewer services; closed-circuit television inspection; installation of cured in place pipe lining in mainline 8-in. sewer (3,300 LF) and service laterals (77 ea.); excavation of a lining pit to expose and break into existing laterals, lateral lining, and lateral repair (33 ea.); protruding tap removal; manhole rehabilitation (114 VF); and all related work and miscellaneous items as specified herein and as shown on the Drawings required to complete the contract. The Meadowbrook Area Sewer Rehabilitation project is partially funded by the Massachusetts Water Resource Authority (MWRA). Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) and Women's Business Enterprise (WBE) policies of the MWRA are applicable to this Contract. The goal is for this project area a minimum of: (1) a minority employee workforce hour goal of 10.0 percent, (2) a women employee workforce hour goal of 6.9 percent, (3) a goal of 7.24 percent anticipation of Minority-owned Business Enterprise(s) and (4) a goal of 3.60 percent participation of women-owned Business Enterprise(s) within the project contracts. Question Deadline 04/17/2026 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Contract Documents shall be received by email by CDM Smith, robertsgm@cdmsmith.com, at least ten days before the date set herein for the opening of bids. Written clarifications or interpretations will be issued by Addenda not later than five days before the bid opening date
