Renovation of a municipal facility in Austin, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
This section outlines the scope of work included in the project. Refer to the appropriate drawings and specification sections for further information about installation, preparation methods and components to be provided. The contractor is responsible for including all means and methods necessary to complete this portion of the project. The Contract Documents, otherwise referred to as drawings, shall serve as a part of this scope of work showing more detail on the intent of this project. The Contractor is responsible for including all means and methods necessary to complete this project. In general, the work includes, but is not limited to, the following items: 1. Verify components, sizes, layout, spacing and details with DPS prior to fabrication. 2. Demo walls, doors windows and ceiling grid 3. Frame, install insulation and sheetrock walls 4. Install door frames, doors and hardware 5. Install ceiling grid and tiles 6. Install FRP panels and build shelving in janitor closet 7. Tape and float all walls to level 5 8. Paint walls Natural Tan, Windsor Greige, Passive Grey and Serious Grey as indicated on drawings 9. Provide turnkey project as required for complete project Question Deadline 04/01/2026 at 5:00 PM CT Last day to submit written questions for clarification to DPS DPS seeking bids for a renovation/construction project at Headquarters - Building C, focused on wall and ceiling maintenance, repair, and replacement services, including drywalling.
