The Contract Documents, otherwise referred to as drawings, shall serve as a part of this scope of work showing more detail on the intent of this project. Verify components, sizes, layout, spacing and details with DPS prior to fabrication. 2. Demo walls, doors windows and ceiling grid 3. Frame, install insulation and sheetrock walls 4. Install door frames, doors and hardware 5. Install ceiling grid and tiles 6. Install FRP panels and build shelving in janitor closet 7. Tape and float all walls to level 5 8. Paint walls Natural Tan, Windsor Greige, Passive Grey and Serious Grey as indicated on drawings 9.
