This project involves the construction of approximately 2,197 linear feet of 8-inch waterline along Bellbrook Drive, 398 linear feet of 12-inch waterline on Rodophil Road, 724 linear feet of 6-inch waterline on Clodfelter Drive, 383 linear feet of 6-inch waterline on Cumbermede Road, and 383 linear feet of 6-inch waterline on Ponce De Leon Road. Work will occur within existing pavement, road shoulders, and easements and includes limited tree removal and clearing, trenching, backfilling and compaction, erosion and sediment control, coordination with property owners, establishment of new water services and reconnection of existing water services, traffic control, pavement replacement, and any ancillary items necessary for the completion of water main construction. Work will require avoiding and working around existing utilities, which must remain operational. The Contractor shall commence the work required by the Contract Documents within ten (10) days after the date of the Notice to Proceed. The Work will be substantially completed within 240 days after the date when the Contract Times commence to run as provided in Paragraph 2.03 of the General Conditions and completed and ready for final payment in accordance with Paragraph 14.07 of the General Conditions within 270 days from the date when the Contract Times commence to run.
