Delta Project No. 23099.103 The Vinton County Commissioners are requesting bids for furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment and performing all work for the construction of a Taxiway (TWY Turnaround End 27) at Vinton County Airport, McArthur-New Plymouth, Ohio. Bids must include the bidder's name and business address, project name, and airport name and location on the lower left corner of the sealed bid envelope. Bidding documents can be obtained at https://bidders.deltaairport.com/ and are available in hardcopy and digital formats for purchase. Bids must be accompanied by a bid guarantee of not less than five percent of the total bid amount. Contract performance and payment bonds each equal to 100 percent of the contract price will be required from the successful bidder. No bid may be withdrawn for 60 calendar days after receipt.
