Renovation of a sidewalk / parking lot in Toledo, Ohio. Completed plans call for the renovation of a sidewalk / parking lot.
A disadvantaged business enterprise, minority business enterprise, women business enterprise (DBE/MBE/WBE) participation goal of fifteen percent (15%) has been established for this project. The engineer's estimate for the base bid is approximately $540,000.00 The project consists of the fourth phase of plaza repairs and upgrades at One Government Center, Toledo, Ohio, including: Plaza Fountain - concrete and waterproofing repairs, new waterproofing membrane system, new fountain liner, fountain system repairs, filter pump upgrade, piping and valve replacements and lighting upgrades. Building Facade - replacement of granite wall panels. Parking Structure - concrete and waterproofing repairs. Bidders are required to provide all labor, material, insurance, and equipment necessary for these tasks. Bids must be submitted electronically through Bid Express, and each bid must include a certified check or acceptable Proposal Bond with satisfactory surety in the sum of not less than ten percent (10%) of the total proposal amount. Electronic proposals must be submitted on the forms included on Bid Express. Bidders are responsible for submitting bids before the deadline. Additional guidance regarding electronic bidding and registration for the Bid Express system is included.
