The contractor shall provide all labor, material, and equipment necessary for the 2025 Sewer Maintenance Program including but not limited to: cleaning, video recording, pipe joint air pressure testing, injection grouting, cured in place sewer rehabilitation (both full length and sectional), rehabilitation of sanitary sewer manholes, installation of manhole chimney seals, and all incidental work required. The project is located in Franklin Township, Portage County, OH 44266. All bids must be submitted on the bid forms included in the contract documents. Each proposal must contain the full name of the party or parties submitting the documentation and all persons interested therein. Each bidder must submit evidence of its experience on projects of similar size and complexity. The bidder shall purchase the plans and a contract book to become a qualified participant before final bid submittal. The contractor is required to familiarize himself with all sections including 'Information and Instructions to Bidders' and 'Special Construction Requirements' prior to bidding. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a performance bond in the sum of 100 percent of the contract price for the faithful performance of the contract. The owner intends and requires that the project be completed no later than three hundred (300) calendar days after the 'Notice to Proceed' is issued and complete restoration within thirty (30) days thereafter.
