The Jackson County Water and Sewerage Authority is seeking the services of qualified consultants to provide Professional Engineering, Land Surveying, Materials Testing, Construction Management, Project Administration, and related services on an on-demand basis. Consulting firms with specialized disciplines in Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Land Surveying, Materials/Construction Testing, Environmental Consulting, Landscape Architects (as related to erosion control), and Structural Engineering are encouraged to submit a Statement of Qualifications (SOQ). All firms must be properly licensed in the State of Georgia. Request for SOQs must be emailed directly and must include the consultant's company name, mailing address, email, office phone, cell phone, and fax number. Contact with the Authority regarding the SOQ is strictly limited, and all questions must be directed via email only. Sending marketing materials, additional company information, making phone calls, or office visits will result in a scoring penalty as described in the SOQ request. The Authority reserves the right to waive any informality in the SOQs and to reject any or all SOQs.
