Renovation of a municipal facility in Merriam, Kansas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
City Hall Phase II Interior Renovation - Merriam, KS The project is generally described to include but not limited to: the removal and replacement of (3) reception counters and associated glazing, installation of new signage, installation of overhead coiling door, and the removal and replacement of casework and finishes in select areas of the First Floor of City Hall in the City of Merriam. All proposals shall be made on a printed proposal form included in a bound Project Manual containing the specifications for the Work and shall be submitted in sealed envelopes addressed to the City of Merriam, Kansas and marked "CITY HALL PHASE II INTERIOR RENOVATION." Any questions regarding the project, plans, specifications or bid documents should be directed to the Project Coordinator at (913) 322-5521.
