Contractor shall provide Solid Waste, Recycling Materials, and Yard Waste removal to 3,563 residential customer dwelling units. Contractor shall collect and dispose of all Solid Waste, Recycling Materials, and Yard Waste once per week, set out at the curb of each residence. While the entire City of Merriam does not necessarily need to occur on the same day for all three services, individual Residential Customer Dwelling Unit pickup for these three items shall occur on the same day. Designated days are negotiable with the City of Merriam. Request for Clarification: Any requests for clarification of additional information deemed necessary by any respondent to present a proper proposal shall be submitted in writing to the Assistant City Administrator by email prior to Friday, January 31, 2025 at 4:30 p.m. Any request received after the above stated deadline will not be considered. Contract Period: January 2026 through December 2030 - Five (5) year initial contract period, with annual option to renew for one-year periods. Jan. 1, 2026: Services Begin . April 14, 2025: Contract Awarded
