Renovation of a fire / police facility in Merriam, Kansas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fire / police facility.

TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS 1-FORCE ACCOUNT 1.1 MEASUREMENT AND PAYMENT This work shall cover miscellaneous extra work required during the course of construction. 1.2 MEASUREMENT AND PAYMENT If extra work is requested by the Owner, the Contractor shall submit a proposed price for approval by the Engineer, and shall have received the written approval of the Engineer prior to commencing the proposed extra work. Payment for each Force Account item will be in accordance with the pre-approved proposed price. Payment for Force Account (SET) shall be paid for on an extra work basis not to exceed the contract set price. 2 - Station 46 Driveway/Apron This work shall cover all work associated with the Station 46 Driveway/Apron Replacement as shown in the attached drawings. 2.1 MEASUREMENT AND PAYMENT Payment for "Station 46 Driveway/Apron Replacement " at the contract lump sum price bid is full compensation for the specified work
