Reference Number 0000419234 The work is for as-needed sewer utility services upon request of the City. The City shall provide a statement of work or scope of work for each project, with each project generally being sewer utility work on the public utility system. This work may include, but not limited to: 1. Sewer Line Cleaning 2. Closed Circuit TV Inspection of Sewer Lines The allotted time for construction will be agreed upon between the city representatives and the contractor prior to the beginning of work. All materials will be supplied by the city to complete any required work. Any questions submitted after this time may be unanswered. No bid may be withdrawn within sixty (60) days after the scheduled closing time for receipt of Bids. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all Bids; to waive irregularities in the Bids; to award bids based on individual items, groups of items, or on the entire list of items; and to accept the bid that is in the best interest of the City
