Lighting and controls upgrade project at Sutherland Secondary School, North Vancouver, on behalf of School District No. 44 (North Vancouver). Scope of work shall not be limited to but shall include: 1. Retrofitting of linear fluorescent luminaires located throughout the building(s) including replacement of lamps, ballasts, and lampholders. 2. Retrofitting recessed CFL downlights with LED conversion modules. 3. Installing and commissioning wireless dimming and occupancy control devices. 4. Removal of low voltage lighting control switches and reprogramming of lighting controllers / DDC. 5. Delivery of spare materials. 6. Cleaning of all internal surfaces of the luminaires housings, including surfaces under the ballast channel. 7. Recycling of all lamps and other recyclable materials as per local regulations.
