Sealed bids are invited for the project "MED CR 097 003.67". Only ODOT pre-qualified contractors are eligible to submit bids. Pre-qualification status must be maintained at the time of bid, at the time of award, and throughout the contract period. Each bid must include the full names of all parties making the bid, an affidavit regarding interested parties, and, for corporations not chartered in Ohio, a certificate authorizing the corporation to conduct business in Ohio. Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Guaranty Bond covering the full amount (100%) of the bid, payable to the Owner, or a certified check, cashier's check, or letter of credit in the amount of 10% of the bid. The bid guaranty must comply with Section 153.54 of the Ohio Revised Code. Bidders must execute the contract and provide required bonds and insurance certificates within ten days after award notification. To be considered a responsive bidder, contractors must purchase plans and bid documents and follow all instructions provided. Bids from contractors not on the Plan Holders List will be disqualified. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive any informalities, and accept any bid deemed most favorable.
