Renovation of an educational facility in Vancouver, Washington. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The Contractor will provide all labor, equipment, materials, project management and site supervision as required to complete all work for CTA Minor Works Roof Rehabilitation scope of work described in the project drawings and specifications. No Bid will be considered unless it is in complete accordance with the instructions to bidders and is submitted upon the official bid form provided to prospective bidders (included in the bid documents). Each bid must be accompanied by bid security in the form of a bid bond for not less than five percent (5%) of the base bid amount, excluding applicable State of Washington taxes. Bid security shall be forfeited as damages should the Bidder neglect or refuse to enter into a contract and provide a suitable bond for performance/payment for labor and materials. Question Deadline 04/06/2026 All Bidders and Sub bidders shall thoroughly familiarize themselves with specified products and installation procedures and submit to the Evergreen School District and the Architect any objections (in writing) Base Bid: Contractor to furnish all labor and materials as described in the construction documents and specifications, including, but not limited to: pressure washing, abrasive blasting of existing metal panels, removal of existing metal panel finishing system, applying rust inhibiting primer, installing all sheet metal elements, applying base finishing coat, and applying final finish coat across select roof and wall surfaces. Related Work indicated in the Contract Documents, including but not limited to the following: Installation of new single-point fall protection anchors along the ridge of the roof areas as depicted. Disconnection, displacement, modification, and reinstallation of existing mechanical, electrical, and/or plumbing equipment and distribution systems as necessary to allow modification or replacement of existing support curbs. Removal and reinstallation of associated existing sheet metal flashing materials. Installation of new metal panel covers, closure flashings, storm collars, penetration boots, and other sheet metal flashings.
