The Housing Authority of the City of Vancouver (VHA) is announcing / issuing this Invitation to Bid with the intention of awarding a contract for Roofing Removal and Replacement Services, in accordance with RCW 39.26. A Contract may be awarded to the lowest priced, responsive, responsible bidder. This project is financed through the Community Development Block Grant Program with funds obtained from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development. The contract will be subject to regulations of the Departments of Labor and Housing and Urban Development.
