ESD seeks a qualified contractor for some demolition in our 18th St. building located at 5305 E 18th St. Vancouver, WA 98661. Work to include: - See demo plans and follow red-highlighted items and areas for complete demolition and removal of all indicated. - A plumber will be needed as part of your onsite team "during" demo for capping off sewer and water lines per the demo plans. - Include a dumpster for hauling off all demo debris. Keep area around dumpster clean at all times. - All construction demolition debris is to be hauled away as soon as possible, and not left overnight. - Provide any temporary boarding-up of required store-front items for removal. - Interior TI area to be broom-clean by end of demolition phase. - Keep building locked and secure at all times during the day and at night. Notice to contractors providing demolition/construction services. Bids are being requested for demolition work for the 18th St. Renovation. Bids must be submitted to the Purchasing Manager at the specified address by the deadline. The ITB timeline and forms will be available online.
