The work includes excavation for the building foundation; construction of a reinforced concrete foundation system; water, sewer, and drain piping; building construction, including internal framing, finishing, and furnishings; building heating, ventilation, and air conditioning; electrical work; a standby power generator; and site work, together with all other work required to complete the project as shown on the drawings and specified herein.
