The Scope of Services entails the design, factory simulation testing, supply, delivery and installation of one STATCOM (including oil and auxiliary equipment) required at Treaty Creek Terminal Substation. This RFP is for a contract that generally includes: Design, factory simulation test, supply, and delivery of one STATCOM (including oil and auxiliary equipment) to the specified delivery point; Installation of STATCOM at TCT in conformance with the environmental, safety and quality requirements; Testing and commissioning; On-site training including training materials and manuals; and Supply of spare parts and special tools.
