The Authority is seeking proposals from qualified, licensed, and insured entities to provide HVAC Services – Contractor Pool Expansion. All proposed services must align with the requirements and specifications provided. The primary goal is to expand the contractor pool for HVAC services across properties managed or owned by the Authority. Proposers must provide evidence of their capacity and capability to perform the required work on schedule, be responsive to the Authority's direction, and ensure adequate availability, including 24-hour service if needed. Bidders should indicate the number of current contracts with the Authority, availability for all Authority properties, staffing levels (including subcontractors), and an average available capacity to support the project. All proposals must include a transmittal letter, a sample engagement plan detailing how the requirements of the scope of work will be met, and demonstrate full knowledge and experience in the required methods and techniques. Proposers should submit professional references for recent, similar projects, and a plan for monitoring and assuring the quality and completeness of services. Economic inclusion is encouraged, including participation by MBE/WBE and Section 3 Business concerns. Required forms and any applicable certifications must be completed and submitted. Proposals must be submitted electronically in three separate files: one for the proposal, one for fee information, and one for the Contract Award and Acceptance. Files must be in PDF format and submitted by the deadline, with the subject line clearly denoting the solicitation number, title, and vendor name. Proposals received after the deadline will not be accepted. The successful proposer(s) may be awarded a one-year contract with the option for four one-year extensions at the discretion of the Authority. The contract will be an Indefinite Quantities Contract with a guaranteed minimum and not-to-exceed maximum annual amount per contractor pool.
