A definitive construction timeline has not yet been established. *The closed solicitation has been included below for reference: Reference Number 0000418113 Source ID PU.AG.USA.2358.C5296376 Piggyback Contract No Colorado School of Mines is seeking professional Design Services to address aging HVAC and plumbing systems in one of the most historic buildings on campus. Teams with appropriate experience that include engineers that may or may not be led by architects are encouraged to submit qualifications. The initial scope of work is to include programming and SD only. This project renews critical building systems including complete replacement of aging HVAC and plumbing drain systems throughout. These systems are well beyond their life expectancy and are nearing failure. The process to be used in the selection of the Architect/Engineer is comprised of two steps. In STEP I submittals will be screened and scored as described in detail in Section X. STEP II is the Oral Interview as described in detail in Section XI. A Jury Panel of individuals who will be involved in the project and/or understand the required services associated with the project will evaluate responses to this. Upon completion of the evaluation of the Submittals, a limited number of firms will be invited to the oral interviews.
