The Project consists of electrical scope and other incidental trades as indicated on Drawings and/or as specified herein in the Specifications, all as amended by applicable addenda. a. The Contract Documents are complementary, and what is required by one shall be as binding as if required by all. For example, any item indicated in the Specifications which is omitted from the Drawings or vice versa shall be construed as though contained in both. Should the Drawings or the Specifications disagree in themselves or with each other, the General Contractor shall provide the better quality or greater quantity of Work unless otherwise directed by written addendum to the Contract. b. Completeness: The Work shall be as shown on the Contract Documents and be complete in every respect and in conformance with all applicable requirements of the governing laws and codes. C. Building Permits: General Contractor shall be responsible to ensure all required permits are obtained, and that the work pertaining to permits is properly inspected and certified. Filed Sub contractors are required to obtain permits relating to their work. Fees associated with Building Permits shall be waived by the Town of Stoughton.
