**As of April 20th, 2026, this project has been awarded to Gugino Brothers for $118,339.** Bids will be received for general building construction work. Sealed bids must be prepared in compliance with the instructions to bidders and delivered to the specified location. A bid bond payable to the owner in the amount of 5 percent of the bid amount must be submitted with each bid. No bids may be withdrawn for a period of 60 days after opening. The owner reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids, re-advertise for new bids, and waive informalities and irregularities with any bid. There will be a pre-bid conference walk through. Question Deadline 04/03/2026 ll questions, interpretations, clarifications, etc. pertaining to the bid documents must be made in the separate form provided on the next page and emailed to Mike McCarthy at mikem@youngandwright.com and Bill Battaglia at billb@youngandwright.com with the email subject Newfane CSD Capital Outlay Project 2025-2026 at least ten days prior to the bid opening.
