Site work and paving for a road / highway in Clear Lake, South Dakota. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
The Project may include but is not limited to the following Work: o Perform approximately 3.1 miles of Surface Preparation o Furnish & Install approximately 11,000 Tons of Asphalt Concrete Pavement o Furnish & Install approximately 55,000 LF of Pavement Markings o Perform all other tasks as described in the Construction Documents Bids for the construction of the project will be received by hand or by mail, in accordance with Article 14 of the Instruction to Bidders. Bid submittal, qualifications, procedures, and contract award are detailed in the Instructions to Bidders included in the Bidding Documents. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with Article 8 of the Instructions to Bidders. Performance and payment bonds shall be furnished in accordance with Article 19 of the Instructions to Bidders. The owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids, including nonconforming, nonresponsive, unbalanced, or conditional bids, and the right to waive minor bid informalities not involving price, time, or changes in the work. Official notifications, addenda, and other Bidding Documents will be offered only through the designated websites. Q/A:- Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer in writing. Contact information and submittal procedures for such questions are as follows: A. Bidders may submit questions via email to Waylon Blasius, Banner Associates, Inc. at waylonb@bannerassociates.com. The questions shall be part of the email text so that there is no need to open an attachment to see the question. B. Bidders may submit questions via phone to Waylon Blasius, Banner Associates, Inc. at 1-605-692-6342 Questions received less than four days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered. A. Work on-site shall not commence until on or after July 6th, 2026. B. The Work will be substantially complete on or before October 15th, 2026, and completed and ready for final payment in accordance with Paragraph 15.06 of the General Conditions on or before October 30th , 2026.
