The work is for comprehensive lawn maintenance and landscaping services under an annual contract. The services include High Profile Properties, Low Profile Properties, and Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) services that allow for the addition, removal, or modification of service locations as operational needs evolve. Services will be provided at more than ninety City-owned locations, including right-of-way properties. Exhibits for each location and a link to an interactive GIS map identifying all service locations are included. Instructions to bidders include: - Submittals are preferred electronically, requiring the creation of a free OpenGov Procurement account. - Respondents must answer all provided questions in the Vendor Submissions Section, complete and upload a conflict of interest questionnaire, provide a recent signed W-9, and use provided pricing tables. - Submittals must be received by the specified deadline; late submissions are not accepted. - Paper submittals must be delivered to the City Secretary Department and include a USB/flash drive with an electronic copy of all documents. The envelope must be clearly marked with the provided label. - Respondents must not contact city staff except as designated; noncompliance may result in rejection. - All questions must be submitted by the specified deadline using OpenGov or the provided email, and all responses will be issued as an addendum. - The city is not liable for costs incurred in the preparation of the submittal or for work done prior to contract execution. - Submittals may be withdrawn or revised before the deadline. - The City reserves the right to accept/reject any or all responses and waive informalities or irregularities. - Any ambiguity or error in the submittal will be construed in favor of the City. - The awarded contract is for three years with two one-year renewal options, subject to cancellation with written notice as specified. Pricing for the first year is fixed; increases must be submitted 120 days before renewal and agreed upon in writing. - The contract is not assignable or transferable without written consent from the City.
