The City of Waxahachie is requesting Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from qualified firms to provide Professional Planning and Design Services for the development of an updated Parks, Recreation, Trails, and Open Space Master Plan. The desired deliverable is a strategic, actionable, and comprehensive Master Plan that reflects community priorities and positions Waxahachie as a premier destination where residents and visitors can live, work, play, and engage. The City is not responsible for lateness or non-delivery of mail, carrier, etc. to the City, and the time and date recorded by the City shall be the official time of receipt.
