Sealed or electronic bids are invited for the construction of the Pontotoc Middle School Classroom Mini-Split Project 2026 for the Pontotoc City School District. The project consists of installing Mini-Split air conditioning/heat pump systems in each classroom and placing electric heat panels in hall ceilings. Each bid must be marked on the outside of the envelope with the project title. Bids in excess of $50,000.00 must include the contractor's current certificate of responsibility number or a statement indicating the bid does not exceed $50,000.00. Minority and women's business enterprises are encouraged to participate as prime contractors or subcontractors. Fabricate and install mounting bracket for (Inside Wall Unit ). 2. Modify existing electrical and install outside surge protector disconnect . 3. Install (20 ) new 20 Seer 3 ton Mini -Split units . 4. Install (1) new Dual Head 20 Seer 3 ton Mini -Split unit . 5. Install wall mount brackets for outside Condensing units . 6. Install wall cover kits over all piping / wiring on outside wall . 7. Condensate piping to extend below Condensing unit . 8. Interface Module to be installed and thermostat wire run to the right side of the classroom Door . Thermostat wire to be run in plastic molding from ceiling , down the wall and connected To the thermostat . (Thermostat to be provided by the Owner ). 9. Install (7) Drop -in -Panel Electric Ceiling Heaters with wall mounted thermostat in hallway at specified locations . 10. AC power to be run in metal conduit to each location from (2 ) separate Panel Boxes . Location Of panel boxes and termination points to be discussed at pre bid meeting .
