As of June 17, 2026 this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established. Sealed electronic bids will be received by the City of Minneapolis - Procurement until 12:00 PM Local Time, April 30, 2026, for Event 4073 - PW-35th Avenue N Flood Mitigation Project, all in accordance with project documents and specifications. No public bid openings are taking place. Project documents are available for electronic download at QuestCDN for $10.00 by entering ebid doc #10124711 on the "Search Projects" page. A mandatory virtual pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 1:00 PM on April 13, 2026, using Microsoft Teams. Instructions to connect to the meeting are posted with the bid documents on the City of Minneapolis eSupplier Portal for Event # 4073. All interested parties are encouraged to join the meeting.
