The Work of this Contract is located at bus stops along in the public right-of-way in Minneapolis and on federal property with licenses/easements for transit use in Hennepin County along the Blue Line LRT. B. The Work of this Project includes constructing concrete improvements including boarding pads, shelter pads to 5 sites in Hennepin County that will be used for temporary bus boarding and alighting operations when the Blue Line LRT is out of service. C. All concrete pads, sidewalks and ramps must meet ADA requirements. See ADA Guidelines Chapter 8, Special Rooms, Spaces and Elements, Section 810.2 - Bus Stop boarding and alighting areas and Chapter 4, Accessible Routes Sections 402, 403, 405 and 406. D. All work must be accomplished compliant with OSHA regulations, as expressed in 29CFR1910 and 29CFR1926. Further, all contractors must identify their Designated Competent Person to the CAR.
