A timeline for the award has not yet been established.** The Texas Local Government Code, the City of Falfurrias, Texas ("City") is soliciting competitive sealed bids for complete, turn-key construction services to include framing, insulation, drywall and finishes, painting, flooring, suspended ceilings, cabinetry with countertops and backsplash, doors, trim, and all related incidental work for the rehabilitation of the facility located at: 118 W. Rice Street, Falfurrias, Texas 78355 Separate sealed bids will be received for the following: oRFB No. 2026-01-001-0001 - Construction Services oRFB No. 2026-01-001-0002 - Electrical Services oRFB No. 2026-01-001-0003 - HVAC Services oRFB No. 2026-01-001-0004 - Plumbing Services The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, supervision, coordination, testing, inspections, permits, and incidental work necessary to provide a complete and operational building system (less any MEP related items) as shown in the Contract Documents and further identified in the scope of work below. Scope includes, but is not limited to: o Framing o Wood stud framing for walls and supports for finishes and mounted items o Insulation o Wall insulation per plans and energy code o Drywall & Finishes o Drywall installation, tape and float, and texture o Painting o Interior painting of walls, doors, exposed ceiling areas and gypsum board ceilings (where applicable), cabinetry, and trim o Flooring o Floor preparation and concrete staining/finish o Ceilings o Suspended ceiling system including grid and tiles o Millwork & Casework o Commercial cabinetry, quartz countertops, and backsplash and associated items as shown in plans o Contractor shall verify field conditions and dimensions prior to installation of all finishes and millwork. o Doors, Frames, and Trim o Furnish and install commercial interior doors and hardware o Door frames, casing, trim, and commercial plastic base o General Requirements o Coordination with mechanical, electrical, and plumbing trades o Patching of penetrations and repairs required for a complete installation o Final cleaning and punch list completion o Keeping workspace clean of debris created from Contractor's respective operations
