Site work for a civil project in Marion, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Sealed bids are invited for the Marion County Dog Warden's Office Pump Station and Force Main Project. Proposals must utilize the provided forms and include the full name and address of the bidder. All bid submissions must be sealed and clearly marked for the project. A Bid Security is required, either as a bid bond for one hundred percent of the bid amount or a certified check for ten percent. A one-year Performance Bond, equal to one hundred percent of the total project cost, is also required and may be submitted with the bid. The project must be completed before the specified completion date. This project is subject to prevailing wage requirements in accordance with Ohio Revised Code Chapter 4111 and the Ohio Department of Commerce. Bidders are required to comply with all relevant provisions. Bids may not be withdrawn for sixty days post-opening. The contract will be awarded to the lowest and best bidder at the discretion of the Marion County Board of Commissioners, who reserve the right to reject any or all bids. Every request for such interpretation should be in writing and to be given consideration, must be received at least five (5) days prior to the date fixed for the opening ofbids Question Deadline 04/10/2026
