Bids are invited for specific bid packages including General Construction, Concrete and Asphalt, Plumbing and Site Utilities, Mechanical and HVAC Controls, and Electrical, Fire Alarm, and Low Voltage. All bids must be made and presented only on the forms provided and must be submitted online through the designated portal. Bids must strictly adhere to the contract documents, and it is solely the bidder’s responsibility to ensure timely submission. The District reserves the right to reject any or all bids or waive any irregularities or informalities.
