The Board of Trustees of the West Ada School District is soliciting bids from qualified contractors for the rehabilitation of the parking lot at Eagle Middle School. Bids must be submitted through the Bonfire e-procurement system. Bidders must be licensed in the State of Idaho in accordance with "Public Works Contractor's State License Law, Title 54, Chapter 19, Idaho Code Amended." Bid Security in the amount of 5% of the total bid amount, including any bid alternates, is required. Employment practices and payment of wages must comply with "Public Works Title 44, Chapter 10, Section 44-1001 through 44-1006 inclusive, Idaho Code Amended" and Equal Employment Opportunity Provisions as defined in federal regulations. The Board of Trustees reserves the right to disregard non-conforming, non-responsive or conditional bids, to waive minor informalities or irregularities, to reject all bids, or to accept the bid or bids it deems best.
