Question deadline: 04/17/2026. You are invited to submit a sealed bid (or electronically submitted Bid at the Bidder's option) for "Playground Upgrades at Central Elementary." Single stipulated sum bids will be received for all work required by the Contract Documents in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. Instructions to Bidders, Form of Bid, Form of Contract, Form of Contract Bond, Drawings, Specifications, and other Contract Documents may be examined at specified locations. Bid documents are available via hard copy or CD from www.eleyguildhardyprojects.com. All plan holders are required to have a valid email address for registration. The cost of bid documents is non-refundable and must be purchased through the website. All proposals must be on file prior to the opening time, sealed and clearly marked on the outside of the envelope. At the Bidder's option, electronic bids may be submitted through the website. The Owner reserves the right to waive any informalities and to reject any or all bids. Each bidder must deposit with their bid, security in the amount, form, and subject to the conditions provided in the Instructions to Bidders. Performance and Payment Bonds will be required. Bidders must comply with the law of the State of Mississippi requiring Certificate of Responsibility. Resident contractors are given preference in accordance with State laws. Non-resident contractors must attach a copy of their resident state's current law pertaining to non-resident contractors. The successful bidder must adhere to the Owner's non-discrimination policy. No bidder may withdraw their bid within sixty (60) days after the opening date.
