Site work for a water / sewer project in Oxford, Mississippi. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The work consists of the installation of 2,840 linear feet of 16-inch diameter ductile iron pipe and associated connections, valves, fire hydrants, fittings, and appurtenances for potable water distribution improvements on Old Taylor Road. Bids must be submitted as a single prime contract. Bid security in the amount of five percent of the bid must accompany each bid. Proposals qualifying the conditions under which the proposal is tendered will be considered irregular and will not be considered for award. The City of Oxford reserves the right to waive irregularities and reject any or all bids if not in the best interest of the City. Further requirements on bid submittal, qualifications, and procedures are contained in the Instructions to Bidders included in the bidding documents.
