Description: MSFS Vessel Maintenance, Repair, and Refurbishment Location: In City/Towns of Rockland, Swan’s Island, Tremont (Bass Harbor), Lincolnville, Islesboro, North Haven Matinicus, Frenchboro, and Vinalhaven, in Knox, Waldo and Hancock Counties Outline of Work: The Maine State Ferry Service is secking Shipyards that can dry-dock or take vessels out of the water for predetermined scheduled inspections by the U.S. Coastguard. During the time the vessel is out of the water, maintenance shall be performed to the underwater portions of the vessel. In addition to regularly scheduled dockings, emergency repairs that require dockings and also dockside repairs are required on short notice and other incidental work.
