Remodeling of a water / sewer project in Rockland, Maine. Completed plans call for the remodel of a 7,911-square-foot, two-story above grade, one-story below grade water / sewer project.
The City of Rockland invites proposals to provide epoxy coating for the first and basement floors of the Operations Building at the Rockland Pollution Control Facility on Tillson Avenue. Description of work: Specifics: o All necessary surface preparation and epoxy coating of the designated floors o Labor, equipment, materials, cleanup, and removal of all debris and trash o Epoxy system must be suitable for wastewater facility environments o Floor Dimensions: approximately 7,911 SQFT o Floor Material: concrete floor with old epoxy o Areas: First Floor and Basement of Operations Building o Work must be done in sections and RPCF employees must have access around the areas o Work must be coordinated with the RPCF crew: Prep work during the week and drying Friday afternoon-Sunday, when needed o Work to be completed by February 15, 2026
