Site work for a civil project in Fargo, North Dakota. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; water / sewer project; and water / sewer project.
The scope of work includes civil site work involving construction of a ring levee around Cass Rural Water District Reservoir A and the associated well field, pond expansion and lift station construction and discharge, utility installation of two new 8-inch raw water transmission lines, completion of five new production wells on existing well casings, installation of water distribution lines, and removal and abandonment of existing wells and underground utilities. The project also requires installation of underground electrical conduit and conductors, site control panels for 5 wells and one storm sewer lift station, exterior distribution cabinet, and interior improvements including new disconnect panel, step transformer, distribution, and controls wiring. Separate bids will be received for Contract A - General and Contract B - Electrical. Prospective bidders must register on Aconex and request access to the bid package by contacting the Program Management Consultant. Site visits can be scheduled upon request. Attendance at the pre-bid conference and site visits are not mandatory.
