This project will install safety lighting at the intersection, replace existing stop signs with flashing beacon stop signs. The Department of Transportation (Department) will receive quotes for Construction On State Highway In Fresno County At Avenal Cutoff Road. District-County-Route-Post Mile: 06-Fre-269-0/0.4 Prime Contractor must have a Class C-10 license. Prime Contractor must be a certified Small Business under Section 2-1.05. Department establishes no DVBE Contract goal but encourages bidders to obtain DVBE participation. Bids must be on a unit price basis To improve safety on the State Route. This project will install safety lighting at the intersection, replace existing stop signs with flashing beacon stop signs.
