Inspection shall be completed using CCTV and sonar, in accordance with NASSCO PACP Standards. Additional sewer inspections may be added at the discretion of the City. Information collected duringthe pipeline inspections shall include at a minimum the following: 4 Contractor is expected to review the City's G!S and Location of the sewers included in the inspection plan. Manholes and sewers are shown in their approximate location on the GIS map and any reasonable variation in size and location of such shall not be cause for extra payment. The project will consist of inspecting approximately 36,272 LF of sanitary and combined sewer rangingfrom 30"to 114" in diameter. ALL inspections shall be accomplished in accordance with NASSCO PACP standards using CCTV and sonar, as specified. Please seethe Bid Form in Appendix A for approximate quantities. Include an overall estimate for the Scope of Services. Note any exceptions to the Bid Form or other anticipated costs associated with the Scope of Services not identified on the Bid Form. Costs shall include all labor, equipment, materials, submittals, and documentation for the Scope of Services. Pipe and manhole characteristics - diameter, configuration, material, depth, length Defects and PACP defect codes and scores Intrusions into pipes and manholes Alignment and grade changes Connections to pipes, noting whether active or inactive where possible Infiltration from groundwater or other sources Flow levels in the sewer Cleaning shall be completed only when necessary to complete the inspection. Pipes attempted under previous contracts that could not be completed will require cleaning as described in the table in the following section. GIS data of the sewers to be inspected is available on request. Changes to the prioritized sewers or the addition of sewers may be revised at the discretion of the City CCTV contractor will provide daily updates of inspection by updating a GIS layer and will provide uploads of inspections via T4 or another cloud based service.
