Construction of Soil-Cement Base Stabilization on County Roads known as Project # CES 25-1509 B. Sealed or electronic bids are invited. Bidders must include a certified check or bid bond for five percent (5%) of the total bid, payable to Neshoba County, with each proposal. Detailed plans and specifications are available at the County Administrator's Office. Printed plans and proposals can be purchased for a non-refundable fee of one-hundred dollars ($100), or downloaded electronically for thirty-five dollars ($35) by referencing Project Number 10122605 on the QuestCDN website. Electronic bidders must coordinate through QuestCDN and may contact their support for assistance. Bidders are responsible for understanding all specifications and obtaining clarification as necessary.
