Site work for a playground / park / athletic field in Richland Vii, Nebraska. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.

Sealed bids are requested for the Tiburon Ridge Park Improvements 2026 project. The work involves furnishing all labor, tools, materials, and equipment necessary for a comprehensive list of park improvement tasks. These include, but are not limited to: mobilization, clearing and grubbing, grading, pavement and play surface removals, storm sewer work, playground and park amenity installations (such as benches, play equipment, picnic tables, bicycle racks, park rules sign), landscaping (including tree, shrub, and perennial planting), groundwork, pavement, curb and sidewalk construction, utility relocation, construction of retaining walls, playground surfaces, painting, mulching, and watering. A detailed schedule of bid items is provided with approximate quantities for each category of work. Question Deadline 04/07/2026 Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer in writing. Questions received less than seven days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered. Bids must be submitted on forms supplied by the Engineer, sealed, and accompanied by a certified check or acceptable bid bond in the amount of $40,600.00 as a guarantee. The successful bidder will be required to execute a contract and provide a Contract Bond for 100% of the contract price. Bids cannot be withdrawn for 30 days after opening. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive informalities. Bidding documents are available digitally or as paper sets for a fee. Payment upon completion will be issued according to project progress, with 90% payment for work completed and the balance upon final approval and acceptance.
