The intent of the contract isto provide for construction and completion, in every detail, of the work described. It is further intended that the Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, tools, transportation, and supplies required to complete the work in accordance with the plans, specifications, and terms of the contract. Question Deadline 04/15/2026 A Bidder requiring a clarification or interpretation of the project documents shall make a written request to the Owner or Engineer. The Owner or Engineer must receive the written request a minimum of seven (7) calendar days prior to the date of the bid opening. The Engineer's estimate on this project is: Total: $1,729,789.27 Furnish all labor, materials, and equipment and perform all work necessary to complete the Rehabilitate Airfield Lighting project at Bellefontaine Regional Airport. Each bid must be accompanied by a Bid Guaranty and Contract Bond meeting requirements of Section 153.571 of the Ohio Revised Code. Award of contract is subject to the Federal Aviation Administration Contract Provision Guidelines for Obligated Sponsors and Airport Improvement Program Projects issued December 29, 2025. The project is subject to the requirements of the Davis-Bacon Act, as amended, and contractors are required to comply with wage and labor provisions and to pay minimum wages according to the schedule of wage rates established by the United States Department of Labor. The right is reserved to reject any and all bids and to waive any informality in the bids received. Bids may be held for a period not to exceed 60 days from the bid opening for the purpose of evaluating bids prior to award of contract.
