Reference number: 20134246 Deadline for receipt of complaints 2026-04-13 There is provision for a tendering process for each tender No Electronic tender submission accepted No Expected duration of the contract without options (in months) 36 Expected duration of the contract with options (in months) 60 Description Maintenance and repair contract for the public lighting of the City of Lévis. The contract includes the following lots: Lot 1) Carry out scheduled maintenance work according to a pre-established schedule. Lot 2) Carry out the repair work identified in the five-year capital plan. Lot 3) Carry out maintenance work that cannot be planned and/or is urgent. IMPORTANT: 1) This is a construction contract. The bidder must therefore hold the licences, permits, etc. required by law in order to perform the contract. (2) A company that wishes to enter into a public construction contract or subcontract with the City involving an expenditure equal to or greater than five (5) million dollars, including the expenditure arising from any option under the contract, must obtain authorization from the Public Procurement Authority for this purpose. The company that responds to this call for tenders must be authorized on the date of submission. (3) This call for tenders uses the optional system of bid weighting and evaluation set out in section 573.1.0.1 of the Cities and Towns Act.
