DURATION OF THE WORK The works required under this tender must be completely completed in 65 weeks (including public holidays, mandatory annual leave days (ex: construction vacations) and the deadlines required for the supply of materials/equipment) from the date specified in the contract or upon receipt of written authorization from the Company. The probable date of the start of work is between June 8 and June 22, 2026. The Company reserves the right not to consider a request for clarification that does not result in any amendment to the tender documents, if such a request is submitted by a tenderer five working days or less before the deadline for the receipt of tenders.
