Sealed Bids are invited for the construction of the Town of Pace, MS, 2025 Water Well Improvement Project, CDBG Project No. 1138-23-287-PF-01. Bidding Documents can be examined at the office of Eley|McPherson, PA, and at Town Hall, or participating plan rooms. Bidding Documents must be purchased to be eligible to submit a Bid. Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope marked with the project details and bidder’s information, including company name, address, and applicable state and local license and registration numbers. Bidders must be licensed by the MS State Board of Contractors for the type of work required. The owner reserves the right to waive informalities or reject any or all bids. Security must be deposited with the bid as provided in the Information for Bidders. Bidders must observe specified conditions of employment, minimum wage rates, and other federal requirements. Minority bidders are encouraged to participate. No bid may be withdrawn within thirty days after opening.
