Electrical Services - Repair, Servicing, Maintenance, and New Installation Contract Period: From May 8, 2026, for two years, with the option to renew for two additional one-year periods on the same terms and conditions, including price. The Town may extend any term for a period of up to 90 days. Any extension is at the town's sole discretion. The Town reserves the absolute right to reject any and all Bids, and to waive any informalities therein. The Town of North Hempstead is seeking qualified contractors to bid on On-Call Electrical services, including but not limited to, the maintenance, repair, servicing, and new installation of the electrical infrastructure and equipment on a Town-wide basis.
