A timeline for the award has not yet been established.** Liberty Park Irrigation Project NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Franklin, TN, is receiving sealed written bids for the Liberty Park Irrigation Project (Solicitation Procurement 2026-023). Bids must be prepared and submitted in accordance with the City's specifications and other procurement documents pertaining to this solicitation, including any addenda that may be issued. Pre-qualification requirements: Proposers who wish to respond to the formal Invitation to Bid are required to submit a Pre-qualification List. The Pre-qualification List is to be returned as part of this event. Once bidders submit the prequalification information, they will be granted access to the online bidding portion of the Invitation to Bid. Potential bidders are not required to respond electronically.
